Amazing how well this little thing powers my 6-inch drone.

We at first bought this products as a blunder just after not completely reading the description. Pretty impressive stack in a 16×16 mounting sample. Solder pads are small, but are astonishingly uncomplicated to solder to. Fantastic preference for 3inch quads and less than.
Wonderful fc – working it on a 190mm body.
I wasn’t positive about it at 1st for the reason that the unique four in 1 experienced the electric power cable and compasitor on the back again finish, away from camera. But i mounted the way the arrow displays. Tie wrap to hold compasitor to frame, some as energy sales opportunities.
I had no issues except my ibus receiver would not work on the sbus pad, i had to use the rx3 pad. Other than that a great little fc and esc combo. Have only flew it a few times but so far she flies great.
Good packaging very small looks to be good quality works good hard to solder would buy again.
Again a product that was not sealed and appears to be used.
I have experienced this products on a 3inch for about two months now and it really is continue to likely robust. Hglrc often would make great goods. My only downfall if it really is a downfall is i want the vtx had an mmcx connector as an alternative, so i could swap it for a better antenna. Apart from that i like it a whole lot. I went by way of a bunch of geprc stacks just before discovering this a single.
Utilised this stack in a 210mm five inch construct, and it operates wonderfully. Quite uncomplicated to healthy into most any body created to accept 20×20 stacks.
All i can say is that it’s an amazing solution i would advise it for three inch quads.
The divepole antenna was damaged, did not want to plug into the vtx.
HGLRC F4.V2 Flight Control AIO Betaflight Flight Controller Board OSD FC 5V BEC for XJB F413 F428 F438 F440 Series Stack RC Racing Drone … : I bought the f428 stack with the intention of trying to build a mostly 3d printed quad. The first one i got had an issue with the usb port not wanting to stay mounted when plugged into the computer. I contacted hglrc and they offered to send a replacement which arrived 2 days later. The replacement functions exactly as promised, and i commend the vendor for standing behind their product. The stack is tiny with 20mm x 20mm mounting holes, but still delivers plenty of power and stays relatively cool. It included enough standoffs and hardware to mount solidly, and i didn’t have issues fitting into the 3d printed peon230 frame. I did however get tired of having to reprint arms for that frame after minor crashes, so i moved it over to a qav210 frame (pictured). I have to mount it onto a 30. 5mm to 20mm 3d printed adapter place, but even with this plate, it fit without issue. Configuring the board through betaflight works just as it would with any other fc, with all the usual bells and whistles. Updating the firmware is easy enough too. That said, i did run into a few minor challenges that i’d like to share, hopefully helping someone else along the way. The first of which is that the battery input pads are tiny. When coupled with a 4x28a esc, you need to be able to use fairly thick wire for your battery connector. You can fit thick wire onto the pads, but it’s a tight fit. In the process of assembling the first quad and then moving everything over to the other i did have one wire pull off the pad, and take the pad with it. Luckily there are pads on both sides of the board and i was able to reattach the wire on the underside. A friend recommended putting a bit of hot glue over the wire and pad after soldering to help reduce the chance of pulling a wire loose by accident.
Ill keep it plain and simple, these stacks rock. Consistantly proven to be reliable and durable.
My only issue is that rude fright controller is very fickle. Begaflight sometime doesn’t recognize it when plugging in the usb to serial connection. I use a mac and have other fc that have no problem. Even using windows 10 ad an alternative i have the same issue. Tried three of the same fc’s and still it would work for a while after flashing firmware then over time it would just stop.
It really is a terrific stack, but not as responsible as the choices like the mamba stack or emax magnum mini. The fc on this stack has recognised gyro difficulties, i’ve absent by means of three of them. When it operates, it really is excellent.
